1. Focal Length:
Check the focal length of the equipment’s focus and see whether it is changed. If yes, readjust it.
2. Focal Lens:
Check the focal lens and see whether it gets dirty. If yes, clean it.
3. Light Path:
Check the light path and see whether it is deviated. If yes, adjust it carefully.
4. Reflective Lens:
Check the reflective lens and see whether it gets dirty or damaged. If yes, clean it or replace a new one.
5. Cooling Water Circulation:
Check the circulation of the cooling water and see whether it is in good condition. If not, unchoke it.
6. Temperature of Cooling Water:
Check the temperature of the cooling water and see whether it is normal. If not, clean or replace the cooling water and make it to the normal.
7. Laser Power Supply:
Check the power supply and see whether it is on. If not, check the circuit of the laser’s power supply and make it to the normal.
If it is damaged, replace it
8. Laser Tube:
Check the laser tube and see whether it is aging and damaged. If yes, replace it.
9. Engine’s temperature:
Check the engine’s temperature and see whether it is too high. If yes, shut down the equipment or ventilate it to cool the machine, or adjust the environment temperature
